KING CABANGON KING & KING Law Offices was founded by Atty. George L. King (UE, 1983) in 1994 after he spent a decade in private law practice with the Ambrosio Padilla Law Offices and Del Rosario & Del Rosario Law Offices and as General Corporate Counsel of the Transnational Diversified Group of Companies. It expanded subsequently as he welcomed then-Manila Assistant City Prosecutor Atty. Sed A. Cabangon (MLQ, 1982).

Presently, they are joined by partners Atty. Karl Edward C. King (UP, 2013) and Atty. Keith Elbert C. King (ADMU, 2015) who spent their formative years in private law practice with the Poblador Bautista & Reyes Law Offices and the Picazo Buyco Tan Fider & Santos Law Offices, respectively.

The law firm handles engagements in multifarious fields of law and is the retained legal counsel of various reputable business entities based locally and abroad. They are also joined by their associate, Atty. Adrian F. Peralta, who was previously a Senior Associate in SyCip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. and an Associate Lawyer in Verano Law Firm.

Atty. George specializes in Land and Property Proceedings, Acquisition, Transmission, Preservation, and Registration, while Atty. Sed acts as lead counsel in Civil, Criminal and Administrative Litigation. Atty. Karl, Atty. Keith and Atty.
